Notice of Change/Savings Service Charge Fees
Please note effective April 14, 2014 our regular savings accounts, including passbook savings accounts will have a service charge fee of $5.00 that will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance in the account falls below $50.00 any day of the month. Your account will be closed if KeySavings Bank is unable to collect the $5.00 fee and you will have one opportunity to re-open your account.
The $50.00 minimum balance and $5.00 fee DOES apply to account holders who currently participate in our transmatic payment option. Please plan accordingly to ensure KeySavings Bank can continue to automatically collect your payments from the account of your choice without any interruptions or unnecessary fees.
KeyNet Banking Changes
Have trouble remembering your KeyNet Banking password? You no longer need to contact KeySavings Bank, you can now have a temporary password emailed to you. Next time you log on to your KeyNet Banking account check that your email address is correct. To do this select the change password tab located near the top of your online banking page, edit if necessary. Then when you forget your KeyNet Banking password just click Did you forget your password? on the login page and you will receive an email containing a temporary password. Use this temporary password to access your KeyNet Banking page.
Do you have a cell phone? We now offer a new service, Mobiliti, which allows you to access KeyNet Banking using your cell phone. Check your KeyNet Banking login page for more information.
You will also see some changes to Keynet Banking login. Starting in June 2014 the image and passphrase will no longer be displayed on the password page. You can easily verify the site’s identity and security by looking for the green website address bar. Your accounts will continue to be protected through advanced device forensics that seamlessly authenticate your computer and various devices.
